  • Generate AI videos using text scripts and avatar selections
  • Connect social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram) for content publishing
  • Schedule and manage video publications across platforms
  • Access analytics and performance metrics for published content

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Create misleading, false, or deceptive content
Spam or send unsolicited communications
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the service for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
Create content that violates the terms of service of connected social media platforms

You retain ownership of the text scripts and creative inputs you provide

Generated Videos

You have the right to use videos generated through our service for personal and commercial purposes

AI Models

The underlying AI models and avatars are licensed from third-party providers (HeyGen) and subject to their terms

Platform Content

SpoolFlick retains ownership of the platform, software, and proprietary technology

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including:

Authentication and account management

Meta/Instagram

HeyGen

AI video generation

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.

7. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

8. Service Availability and Limitations

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Usage limits may apply based on your subscription plan
  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for maintenance
  • Third-party API limitations may affect service functionality
